MUMBAI, India — The Bombay High Court FDA case involving the Mumbai Cricket Association (MCA) has ended with the restoration of licences for five food outlets at its BKC premises after the Maharashtra Food and Drug Administration (FDA) withdrew the suspension orders. The court also directed the FDA to issue a fresh show-cause notice to MCA over its contract with M/s Shirke Infrastructure.
