Amritsar Police Commissioner Transfer: Gurpreet Singh Bhullar was removed from the post of Commissioner of Police, Amritsar, on Friday, with Deputy Inspector General of Police (DIG) Border Range Harmanbir Singh assigned the additional charge of the position.
