NEW DELHI, India — The Union Cabinet, chaired by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, has decided to establish a bench of the High Court of Jammu and Kashmir in Ladakh, Union Home Minister Amit Shah announced on Thursday, August 20. The J-K High Court bench in Ladakh is intended to make judicial services more accessible to residents, particularly those living in remote parts of the Union Territory.
