PRAYAGRAJ, India — The Allahabad High Court has directed the Uttar Pradesh DGP to appear personally at the next hearing and explain why police officials are allegedly reluctant to comply with court orders. The direction was issued by a bench headed by Justice Sameer Jain while hearing the bail plea of Pushpraj Singh alias Bablu in a murder case.
