MUMBAI, India — The teaser of Akshay Oberoi-starrer “Love Lottery” has been released, offering an early look at a courtroom drama that combines romance, suspense and a crime mystery. Directed by Arvind Pandey, the film is scheduled to arrive in theatres on September 18.
