RBL Bank has announced August 14, 2026, as the record date to determine shareholders eligible to receive its final dividend of ₹1 per equity share for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. The dividend, announced earlier with the bank’s fourth-quarter FY26 results, will be paid on or before October 1, 2026, subject to shareholders’ approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
