मध्य प्रदेश के उज्जैन से गरोठ तक बन रहे करीब 136 किलोमीटर लंबे फोरलेन ग्रीनफील्ड हाईवे पर निर्माण की गुणवत्ता को लेकर गंभीर सवाल खड़े हो गए हैं. करीब 2,600 करोड़ रुपये की इस अहम सड़क परियोजना पर यातायात शुरू होने से पहले ही प्रेमनगर रेलवे ओवरब्रिज (ROB) की एप्रोच रोड दूसरी बार धंस गई. करीब 17 मीटर ऊंचे तटबंध की रिटेनिंग वॉल और सड़क का लगभग 500 मीटर हिस्सा बुरी तरह प्रभावित हुआ है.
