Maruti Suzuki India reported an 11% year-on-year decline in standalone net profit to ₹3,352 crore for the April-June quarter of FY27, compared with ₹3,758 crore in the same quarter last year. The decline came mainly due to higher material costs, which were further impacted by the war. Despite the pressure on profitability, the company’s revenue from operations rose sharply by 36% YoY to ₹52,456 crore.
