प्रयागराज — इलाहाबाद उच्च न्यायालय ने एक्टिविस्ट और दिल्ली विश्वविद्यालय की छात्रा आकृति चौधरी के खिलाफ लगाए गए राष्ट्रीय सुरक्षा कानून (NSA) के तहत हिरासत आदेश को रद्द कर दिया है। न्यायमूर्ति अतुल श्रीधरन और न्यायमूर्ति अचल सचदेव की खंडपीठ ने बंदी प्रत्यक्षीकरण याचिका पर सुनवाई करते हुए राज्य प्रशासन की कार्रवाई पर सख्त टिप्पणी की। अदालत ने कहा कि हिरासत को सही ठहराने के लिए पेश की गई सामग्री एक “गढ़ी हुई कहानी” पर आधारित थी।
