Intense Technologies reported its Q1 FY27 financial results while highlighting new client wins, AI-led innovation and global expansion.

HYDERABAD, India — Intense Technologies Limited reported audited results for the first quarter of FY27, with total income and profitability lower than the year-ago period even as the technology company added two new clients, maintained full customer renewals and expanded its focus on artificial intelligence-led solutions and international markets.

  • Total income stood at ₹3,103.52 lakh in Q1 FY27, compared with ₹3,147.93 lakh a year earlier.
  • EBITDA fell to ₹152.60 lakh from ₹308.43 lakh, while the EBITDA margin declined to 4.92%.
  • Net profit was ₹87.16 lakh, compared with ₹125.27 lakh in Q1 FY26.
  • The company secured two new clients and reported a 100% client renewal rate.

Intense Technologies reports weaker quarterly profitability

The company’s Q1 FY27 total income declined by about 1.4% from the corresponding quarter of the previous financial year. EBITDA fell more sharply, reflecting a decline in operating margin during the quarter.

Net profit also decreased year-on-year, while earnings per share stood at ₹0.36 against ₹0.52 in Q1 FY26.

New clients strengthen expansion strategy

Intense Technologies said it added two new clients during the quarter, with one coming from the domestic market and another from an international market.

The company is also pursuing government-led digital transformation initiatives as it looks to expand its presence in the public sector. Its focus remains on sectors including banking, financial services and insurance, telecommunications and government.

A 100% client renewal rate was reported for the quarter, which the company linked to customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.

AI and DPDPA solutions remain key growth areas

The technology company said it is strengthening its presence in India while expanding in international markets, particularly the United Kingdom and the United Arab Emirates.

Intense Technologies operates across four continents and provides platform-led services covering customer communications, data management and process automation.

QKS Group recognition for communications platform

The company said it was recognised in the QKS Group SPARK Matrix for Customer Communications Management 2026 report.

According to the company, the recognition reflects its Centralised Communications Hub, intellectual-property-led technology platforms and domain expertise in delivering communications solutions for regulated industries.

Intense Technologies Director Anisha Shastri said the addition of two new clients during the quarter would help enterprises expand digitisation and create long-term value.

We continue to strengthen our AI capabilities by embedding Large Language Models (LLMs) across our platforms.

Shastri also highlighted the company’s plans to expand its customer base, strengthen its services and platform portfolio, and increase its presence in high-growth sectors.
