आकृति चौधरी की NSA हिरासत रद्द, हाई कोर्ट ने दिए ₹5 लाख मुआवजे के आदेश

प्रयागराज — इलाहाबाद उच्च न्यायालय ने एक्टिविस्ट और दिल्ली विश्वविद्यालय की छात्रा आकृति चौधरी के खिलाफ लगाए गए राष्ट्रीय सुरक्षा कानून (NSA) के तहत हिरासत आदेश को रद्द कर दिया है। न्यायमूर्ति अतुल श्रीधरन और न्यायमूर्ति अचल सचदेव की खंडपीठ ने बंदी प्रत्यक्षीकरण याचिका पर सुनवाई करते हुए राज्य प्रशासन की कार्रवाई पर सख्त टिप्पणी की। अदालत ने कहा कि हिरासत को सही ठहराने के लिए पेश की गई सामग्री एक “गढ़ी हुई कहानी” पर आधारित थी।

कानपुर नगर — इलाहाबाद हाईकोर्ट ने पुलिस कार्रवाई पर नाराजगी जताते हुए कानपुर पुलिस कमिश्नर को 9 सितंबर को व्यक्तिगत रूप से कोर्ट के सामने पेश होने का आदेश दिया है। उन्हें घटना के दिन की परिस्थितियों और पुलिस की कार्रवाई की जानकारी देते हुए व्यक्तिगत हलफनामा भी दाखिल करना होगा।

प्रयागराज — मुजफ्फरनगर के हिस्ट्रीशीटर मुत्तलिव (मुतलिब) के जेल से रिहा होने के बाद संदिग्ध परिस्थितियों में लापता होने के मामले में इलाहाबाद उच्च न्यायालय ने कड़ा रुख अपनाया है। करीब चार महीने से मुत्तलिव का कोई सुराग नहीं मिलने और स्थानीय पुलिस की जांच में विरोधाभास सामने आने के बाद अदालत ने मामले की जांच केंद्रीय जांच ब्यूरो (CBI) को सौंप दी है। अदालत ने पुलिस की केस डायरी, जनरल डायरी और वारंट से जुड़े रिकॉर्ड में मिली विसंगतियों को भी गंभीरता से लिया।
