Jio Financial Services Sets August 10 as Record Date for FY26 Final Dividend of ₹0.60 Per Share

Jio Financial Services (JFSL) has announced Monday, August 10, 2026, as the record date to determine the shareholders eligible to receive its final dividend of ₹0.60 per equity share (face value ₹10 each) for the financial year 2025-26. The company said eligible shareholders will receive the dividend within seven days after its Annual General Meeting (AGM).

Indian equity benchmarks SENSEX and NIFTY50 extended their winning streak to a third consecutive session on Friday, July 31, with gains led by Bajaj Finance, Mahindra & Mahindra, Reliance Industries, Bajaj Finserv, Bharti Airtel, Adani Ports and Tata Steel. Maruti Suzuki Q1 FY27 Results: Net Profit Falls 11% to ₹3,352 Crore as Revenue Jumps 36%

Maruti Suzuki India reported an 11% year-on-year decline in standalone net profit to ₹3,352 crore for the April-June quarter of FY27, compared with ₹3,758 crore in the same quarter last year. The decline came mainly due to higher material costs, which were further impacted by the war. Despite the pressure on profitability, the company’s revenue from operations rose sharply by 36% YoY to ₹52,456 crore.
